This sweet,, happy girl is Dottie. She is in Newport, Arkansas in the care of the Jackson County Humane Society. It is obvious where she got her name. She weighed 17 pounds when she was spayed on June 27, and weighs about 35 pounds in mid November, 2017. She is up to date on shots and ready for her forever home. Will you be the one to give that home to this sweet girl? She will reward you all of her life. Her adoption donation of $300 does include the cost of transporting her to the northeast, once adopted.
